Key Responsibilities

  • •Help build Rai’s roadmap and priorities by balancing adoption, GBS demand, and internal platform evolution.
  • •Turn demand into reusable Rai platform capabilities and lead governance for new capabilities (standards, guardrails, access rules, onboarding patterns, and quality gates).
  • •Coordinate across engineering, QA, architecture, cyber security, cloud, and integrations to deliver new capabilities.
  • •Oversee L4 support including incidents, monitoring, feedback loops, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Use the newest technology to speed up development and deliver value to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing digital platforms, AI product/chatbot platforms, integration platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • •Good understanding of Azure and M365, ideally Graph, Azure OpenAI, MS Foundry, Entra ID, and Azure DevOps.
  • •Practical experience with Microsoft Agents Framework (formerly Semantic Kernel).
  • •Practical knowledge of APIs and authorization concepts including OAuth, delegated permissions, OBO, managed identity, and enterprise access control.
  • •Background in .NET, C#, Python, and TypeScript, with experience in GenAI topics such as RAG, vector search, knowledge ingestion, AI evaluations, prompt safety, or GenAI observability.
