•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
•Coach and develop associates by helping deliver training content through roleplay, coaching, and goal setting.
•Exercise strong written and verbal communication, adapt communication to teammates, and deescalate situations calmly.
•Manage compliance items such as personal timecards for payroll accuracy, maintain Tumi University training, and adhere to company policies.
•Maintain the store’s visual guidelines and deliver a consistent, superior client experience using client books, thank you cards, and event strategies.
