Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
  • •Coach and develop associates by helping deliver training content through roleplay, coaching, and goal setting.
  • •Exercise strong written and verbal communication, adapt communication to teammates, and deescalate situations calmly.
  • •Manage compliance items such as personal timecards for payroll accuracy, maintain Tumi University training, and adhere to company policies.
  • •Maintain the store’s visual guidelines and deliver a consistent, superior client experience using client books, thank you cards, and event strategies.
