Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare daily and monthly flower standing orders/requests and coordinate flower supplier deliveries and installations.
  • •Ensure daily touch-ups of floral arrangements across outlets, public areas, and guest rooms, and check received flowers for damage, spoilage, or discrepancies.
  • •Order flowers as required, establish replenishment schedules, and maintain sufficient supplies.
  • •Maintain flower room and fridge, ensuring flowers are cleaned, cut, and stored properly to extend freshness and minimize waste while staying within budget.
  • •Prepare and verify monthly flower expense and cross-charge reports for Executive Housekeeper and Finance; track guest flower preferences and capture arrangement details.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Diploma in Hospitality or a Diploma in Floristry, or be fluent in spoken and written English (any other foreign language is a plus).
  • •Have a certificate in Floristry or prove extensive courses and training.
  • •Be skilled to perform the job of a florist.
  • •Be creative and artistic with a passion for flowers and decorations.
  • •Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a five-star hotel.
