Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the CEMEA VCS fintech strategy, including target segments, opportunity sizing, use cases, success metrics, and an execution roadmap.
  • •Maintain a strategic view of the fintech landscape across priority markets and identify high-potential players, business models, and relevant use cases.
  • •Support development of a fintech opportunity pipeline with VCS Specialist Sales teams across commercial payments and B2B use cases.
  • •Drive ecosystem engagement and strategic partnerships with accelerators, incubators, venture networks, banks, technology partners, and market influencers.
  • •Enable Sales and commercialization execution by translating fintech propositions into VCS use cases, shaping GTM plans, and coordinating cross-functional delivery through pilot, launch, and early scale.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of relevant experience across fintech, payments, financial services, commercial banking, B2B platforms, or GTM/product strategy.
  • •Deep commercial payments and B2B fintech expertise, including areas such as embedded finance and AP/AR, procurement, expense management, working capital, and cross-border solutions.
  • •Experience working with IT/enterprise technology environments, including APIs, platform integrations, ERP/treasury systems, or scalable digital architectures.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the CEMEA fintech ecosystem, including fintech hubs, accelerators, incubators, venture networks, banks, and market dynamics.
  • •Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and convert fintech and B2B partnership opportunities into prioritized, revenue-generating execution plans.
