Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning services, solutions, education, and training for Philips employees and customers, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and consistency across global markets.
•Apply clinical radiology knowledge (MRI, CT) to translate imaging workflows, protocols, and decision-making into practical training content.
•Translate clinical evidence, guidelines, and product capabilities into clear training content to support decision-making and workflow integration.
•Work under limited supervision, applying independent judgment to drive project success and compliance.
•Develop high-impact learning experiences and course materials, integrating advanced methodologies with real-world clinical scenarios for immediate applicability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's / master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Engineering or equivalent; Bachelor's/ master’s degree in the medical field is an advantage
•Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in Learning Services, Training Delivery, Education Field or equivalent OR no prior experience required with master's degree
•Ability to translate clinical evidence, guidelines, and product capabilities into clear, actionable training content for clinical settings
•Comfort working under limited supervision, applying independent judgment to drive project success and compliance
•Experience designing high-impact learning experiences and course materials, integrating advanced learning methodologies with real-world clinical scenarios
