Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strategic business cases covering programs and projects within execution and delivery scope.
  • •Define and drive fulfillment of benefits, objectives, and success criteria aligned to the business case.
  • •Create program charters/execution plans, including RACI across functional and organizational roles.
  • •Maintain program frameworks/playbooks and tools/templates aligned to execution plan and delivery methodology.
  • •Manage portfolio/project master schedules, analyze risks/opportunities, and oversee capital delivery within governance, schedule, and budget expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • •Proven track record implementing processes and procedures on construction projects or programs.
  • •Experience managing a program of connected projects with collective value of $10M to $100M.
  • •Ability to lead a team to set up, mobilize, and deliver a capital investment plan, program, or pipeline.
