Job Summary

Lead product strategy for a medical porous webs and stretch films portfolio within the regional healthcare product management team. Own innovation roadmaps, lifecycle management, and value-based pricing guidance, while monitoring sales and profitability for budgeting and improvement initiatives. Manage cross-functional projects and IP strategy, partner with marketing, R&D, customers, and external stakeholders for competitive intelligence, and provide sales and customer service support through tools, training, and technical value propositions.

Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and review product portfolio strategy, manufacturing strategy, and innovation roadmaps based on segment needs.
•Partner with BU Marketing, R&D, and stakeholders to manage product lifecycle including launches, consolidations/replacements, and phasing out obsolete lines.
•Monitor sales and profitability and drive value-based pricing and profitability improvement initiatives.
•Manage cross-functional teams and projects to ensure timely execution of product-related initiatives such as new launches and product changes.
•Provide product support, tools, and training for Sales & Customer Service, including value propositions and technical packs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management and/or technical experience within the packaging industry, ideally with customer and commercial exposure.
•Strong understanding of medical devices regulatory affairs and packaging.
•Experience leading projects and working effectively in matrixed organizations.
•Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or related fields.
•Excellent project management and structured, goal-oriented communication and problem-solving skills.
