Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive full commercial ownership for retention, renewals, and expansion across strategic enterprise accounts, including quota responsibility and upsell/cross-sell growth.
  • •Develop and champion multi-year technical and business-aligned AI deployment roadmaps, structuring milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • •Lead program building and execution by coordinating internal teams and the customer’s technical/product stakeholders to deliver measurable ROI.
  • •Serve as the primary executive liaison and advocate, translating complex AI capabilities and performance data into business-value narratives for C-level audiences.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve risks and internal roadblocks, escalating issues as needed to maintain program momentum and secure stakeholder commitment.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in a highly strategic, client-facing individual contributor role (e.g., Strategic Account Director/Manager, Enterprise Program Manager) in enterprise B2B SaaS or consulting.
  • •Proven success managing and influencing enterprise-scale programs and renewals without direct management authority over delivery personnel.
  • •Expert ability to conceptualize and deliver executive-grade, recommendation-led, data-driven presentations (decks) that articulate business impact and risk mitigation.
  • •Demonstrated track record driving commercial outcomes: enterprise contract renewals, upsells, and long-term client financial roadmaps.
  • •Strong technical acumen to discuss API integrations, data flows, and conversational AI model training with customer technical teams.
