Develop customer relationships and drive sales growth as a Retail Personal Banker II, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify financial needs. Promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, set appointments via marketing tools (including CAMP), and cross-sell within the customer base. Work closely with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment partners, while following policies to manage risk and ensure a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program (with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service) leading to certification for the Retail Personal Banker II role.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services and use approved marketing tools (including CAMP) to proactively reach out and set appointments.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities, including business sales calls and community financial literacy events.
•Coordinate with assigned Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to refer customers and provide holistic financial solutions while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
