Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience with search or vector databases using algorithms such as HNSW, IVF, or similar at scale.
  • •Solid core Java skills, including data structures and concurrency constructs, and experience with modern Java features (e.g., lambdas).
  • •Autonomy to take projects from beginning to end, including technical design and guiding other engineers to deliver components.
  • •Experience working with Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra, and understanding how data storage technologies work.
  • •Ability to use AI to accelerate development, debug complex systems, and optimize code while owning outcomes.
