Assistant Manager Workforce Operations

Lead end-to-end operational performance across the Local Shops ecosystem, driving ground operations execution and coordinating vendor performance and store readiness. Own shopper cost (CPO) efficiency through staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workload optimization, while overseeing assortment governance, SFTP/data accuracy, and parity. Optimize in-store fulfillment workflows and ensure cross-functional alignment with Logistics, Commercial, Campaigns, and Marketing through planning, launches, and risk management. Build scalable processes and high-performing, data-driven teams.
