Own and shape the AI transformation strategy for your marketing function, partnering with an AI Engineer to design no-code/low-code AI solutions, prototype workflows, define success metrics, drive adoption, and scale impact across GitLab’s enterprise context. You’ll manage end-to-end AI initiatives from ideation through rollout, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment, delivering measurable improvements in process efficiency and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own your function's AI strategy aligned with executive priorities and measurable impact
•Map end-to-end workflows across the function and identify 100x AI opportunities to accelerate execution
•Manage intake of AI requests and surface needs via a Champion network to avoid ad-hoc work
•Prioritise AI initiatives against business outcomes and ensure deployment aligns with adoption plans
•Oversee hands-on building of AI agents using no-code/low-code platforms, and collaborate with Enterprise AI to scale solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 152,800 - 259,200 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

•Strategic prioritisation skills with a track record of making hard trade-offs based on business outcomes
•A product management mindset including intake, backlog, iteration, and adoption
•Strong communication and influencing abilities to align across functions and stakeholders
•Experience building peer networks or communities of practice and leading cross-functional initiatives
