Job Summary

Lead the enterprise growth strategy for Brazil by directing a team of Regional Directors and coaching them to hit bookings targets. Recruit and scale Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Sales Executives, enable pipeline development through complex enterprise negotiations, and drive adoption of MEDDIC and “Command of the Message.” Partner cross-functionally with Professional Services and Marketing to deliver customer satisfaction and regional events, while running weekly forecasts to measure and improve performance.

•Coach and mentor Regional Directors to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
•Recruit first-line Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Sales Executives to scale the Brazil region.
•Enable the team to identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline while navigating complex negotiations.
•Evangelize and drive adoption of MEDDIC and “Command of the Message” across the organization.
•Collaborate with Professional Services and Marketing to support customer satisfaction and drive regional seminars and trade shows.

•Proven experience building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams, with experience managing managers preferred.

•Strong business planning skills, including measuring progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing solutions.
•Sales methodology training such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
