Job Summary

Lead and support adidas non-trade procurement for Facility and Workplace-related categories in Herzogenaurach. Partner with business stakeholders as a single point of contact, manage demand intake, and enable negotiation success. Execute sourcing projects (e-)(RfX), run sourcing events, handle contract administration and compliance, and develop category strategies. Drive market research, supplier management, category councils, and maintain procurement database information using ARIBA Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as single point of contact for a dedicated business area on non-trade procurement topics, including escalation handling.
•Execute procurement activities for Facility and Workplace-related categories aligned with line manager and business partners.
•Lead and/or execute small to medium sourcing projects and support larger ones, including (e-)RfX, risk and supplier base assessment.
•Perform contract administration (local/global), manage compliance, and negotiate small to medium contracts up to final authorization.
•Drive category strategy development and supplier management activities, including market research, category councils, and supplier business review meetings.

Key Requirements

•Degree from an accredited college or university (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in business, economics, finance, procurement, legal, or comparable professional education.
•Minimum 3+ years of experience in a procurement or strategic workplaces related role.
•Advanced knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement methodologies, business partnering, and category management.
•Strong understanding of financial planning, budget management, and savings methodologies.
•Proficiency in MS Office and ARIBA Sourcing.
