Key Responsibilities

•Lead project technical execution and maintain performance metrics for decision making and continuous improvement purposes.
•Manage project scope (requirements and change requests) ensuring it meets agreed commitments.
•Generate and maintain project schedules with understood dependencies, deliveries, and critical path.
•Utilize Earned Value (EV) methods for managing project budget (and schedule).
•Prepare well-crafted presentations reporting project status to leadership teams.

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•University degree (Bachelor's or higher) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience
•Experience leading projects in a multidisciplinary engineering environment
•Strong knowledge of one or more engineering disciplines: systems, mechanical, electrical, or software
•Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules and budgets (Earned Value)
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers and leadership teams
