•Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML algorithms and production services across AI agents, computer vision, NLP, and recommendation systems.
•Implement end-to-end model lifecycle from data ingestion and feature engineering through training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
•Ensure reliability and quality through code reviews, automated unit/integration tests, debugging, and addressing performance regressions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,030 - 275,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign degree equivalent).
•3+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models (CV, NLP, or recommendation) in production, including evaluation and post-release monitoring.
•3+ years building and operating scalable software/microservices that expose AI functionality via APIs or SDKs and integrating with existing systems.
•3+ years creating and maintaining automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability (logging/metrics/alerts) for reliable AI/ML releases.
•3+ years designing and implementing data pipelines for training and inference, including data validation, transformation, and versioning.
