Job Summary

Drive global new client acquisition by building and scaling strategic partnerships with media/digital agencies and TikTok Shop partners. Establish C-level and tactical relationships, use insights and benchmarks to lead agency strategy discussions, and improve agency performance through guidance on budgets, revenue targets, and best practices. Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot challenges, and represent agency and client needs across Sales, Product, Marketing, Ads Review, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong customer experience.

•Build and grow win-win partnerships with media/digital agencies and TikTok Shop partners to support long-term growth.
•Establish and maintain C-level and tactical relationships with agencies to ensure TikTok is a top partner.
•Leverage insights, data, and benchmarks to lead strategic conversations supporting agencies and their clients' growth.
•Develop and deliver strategies to improve agency performance, including scale-up consulting, creative best practices, and guidance on budgets and revenue targets.
