Key Responsibilities

•Manage consigned test equipment in OSAT and ensure sufficient equipment to support production and engineering activities.
•Analyze and debug failing hardware; work with vendor to repair broken hardware.
•Perform equipment GR&R/MSA and resolve discrepancy.
•Improve equipment stability, availability and maintenance efficiency by analyzing performance matrices, MTBF, utilization and drive maintenance procedure optimization.
•Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of high-performance Computing ASIC test processes, in particular active thermal control of ATE and system-level test (SLT).
•>5 years of experience in test hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
•In-depth experience of active thermal control hardware development or troubleshooting capabilities.
•In-depth experience in BI/ATE/SLT equipment – tester, handler, test sockets.
