Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Deliver one-on-one in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home, clinic, and school settings in Fairview, TN. Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA, collect and record client progress and behaviors, and participate in supervision, team meetings, and required training sessions. This part-time role (under 30 hours/week) supports children’s daily development and quality of life while working with families under clinical guidance.
