Job Summary

Design, configure, and evolve SIE’s global Workday platform across core HR domains. Operate as an independent contributor and platform owner, translating business needs into reusable, maintainable solutions. Deliver end-to-end platform changes in an Agile environment, troubleshoot issues across configuration, data, and reporting, and build scalable reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite). Partner with Product, Data, and Integration teams to improve reliability and governance.

•Design, configure, and implement scalable Workday platform solutions across core HR domains.
•Own platform design and delivery for assigned Workday domains, ensuring reusable and maintainable implementations.
•Maintain reliability by diagnosing and resolving issues and implementing structural improvements to reduce recurrence.
•Design and deliver scalable Workday reporting and data solutions, including calculated fields and data structures.
•Deliver end-to-end platform changes in an Agile model, including testing activities and sprint execution.

•5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and delivering enterprise Workday solutions.

•Hands-on experience building Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) used in production environments.
•Strong understanding of the Workday Core HCM data model and data flows across business processes.
