Own the end-to-end retail automotive deal, from initial introduction through financing, approval, funding, and delivery. Source opportunities, manage a personal pipeline, and leverage CRM to track progress. Collaborate with the General Manager of Sales to grow the luxury automotive segment, working on-site in Miami or nearby Lebanon, TN while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the entire deal from start to finish, including the introduction, financing, and close.
•Personally handle the full F&I process — credit applications, lender approvals, funding paperwork, and compliance.
•Source opportunities and build/maintain a personal pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and creative prospecting.
•Utilize CRM tools to manage follow-ups, track deal progress, and ensure timely customer communication.
•Coordinate with other departments to move deals forward efficiently and maintain strong product knowledge across multiple brands

Key Requirements

•Luxury, exotic, or high-line automotive sales experience
•Direct F&I experience
•Proven ability to self-source leads, manage a personal pipeline, and close deals
•Strong knowledge of lender platforms (e.g., RouteOne, Dealertrack, Westlake) and finance compliance
•Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
