Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage employees assigned to the station, including selection, performance management, development needs, and recognition.
  • •Provide direction and oversight of production activities, monitoring aircraft progress through the station and ensuring safety compliance (OSHA).
  • •Coordinate station activities across the FAL and with other FALs and relevant parties, ensuring material availability and resolving operational issues.
  • •Drive continuous improvement activities, including performance management center elements (PPC, SQCDP boards, daily quality gate) and supporting action plans.
  • •Mentor lead technicians, provide documented workforce development plans, and manage corrective actions as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in aviation manufacturing (manufacturing engineering, assembly processes, production methods, etc.).
  • •2–5 years of leadership experience in aviation is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of quality and logistics rules in aviation manufacturing.
  • •Effective English communication skills in a multicultural, multifunctional environment.
