Senior Cost Manager - Construction Management

Provide end-to-end cost management on complex commercial construction projects as the daily client point of contact. Lead estimating and cost planning, manage valuations, change orders, contingency tracking, and cost variance analysis, and support procurement activities including bid packages and contractor negotiations. Produce monthly cost and funding reports, help implement cost auditing and change control, and mentor junior team members while managing margin tracking and fee forecasting across the project lifecycle.
