Key Responsibilities

•Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives in your designated territory.
•Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
•Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd party applications, ensuring alignment with the Databricks vision and solution strategy.
•Act as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
•Develop customer-facing collateral and lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to contribute to Databricks’ technical community.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 247,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of customer-facing technical experience
•Ability to engage in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity
•Proven ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives by building relationships and orchestrating teams for long-term customer success
•Experience with coding in a core programming language (Python, Java, Scala) and willingness to learn Spark
•Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms
