Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and conduct due diligence for prospective investments within the Credit space, including meetings with fund managers and industry participants, thematic strategy research, quantitative analysis, and underwriting public and private direct investments and co-investments across asset classes
  • •Continuously evaluate existing portfolio exposures, track positions/themes/exposures, and engage in discussions with managers and industry participants to stress-test theses
  • •Perform deep-dive due diligence on companies/assets, including financial modeling, scenario analyses, industry research, and legal document review
  • •Structure investments and funds/partnerships including objectives/parameters, covenants, and tax structures
  • •Create materials for investment committees, regular portfolio discussions, and updates for senior management and external investors
