Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required (or an Associates degree in a technical discipline, or 2+ years of machine/mechanic experience, or 1 year of First Solar technical experience, or 6 months as a Temporary Manufacturing Engineering Technician).

  • •General electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge.
  • •Self-directed ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • •Troubleshoot and solve problems on the manufacturing line, with good written and oral English communication skills.
