Job Summary

Support Allianz Technology’s Talent Management team in Munich by helping develop and implement talent programs and initiatives. Design and build digital learning solutions, coordinate Assessment Centers with Talent Partners, and drive data analysis to inform talent development strategy and evidence-based decisions. Contribute to talent and leadership community management and communications, prepare high-quality presentation and reporting documents, and assist with structured project management and stakeholder correspondence.

•Structured, organized working style with attention to detail, plus a proactive, creative mindset.
•Solution-focused and agile approach to support talent management initiatives.
•Strong written and spoken communication skills with high customer orientation; fluent in English (German is a plus).
