Key Responsibilities

  • •Service and maintain Honeywell and third-party equipment, including diagnostics, calibrations, and repairs for air-conditioning and mechanical systems.
  • •Prepare shop drawings and application projects for SLJs, and supervise field installation and cabling.
  • •Perform programming and design work for HVAC controllers, Fire Panels, and Access Control Panels, and install EBI with required graphics and programming.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction via direct liaison with client representatives and service recipients while delivering value to customers.
  • •Manage budgets and cost/time for projects, support reporting, and perform hazard/risk assessments; follow Honeywell SOPs, HSE, and quality systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Associates degree or technical trade school diploma; four-year engineering or programming degree preferred.
  • •More than 3 years’ experience servicing HVAC systems.
  • •Advanced programming skills for Honeywell and industry equipment.
  • •Strong fault-finding ability and Honeywell product knowledge (plus).
  • •Valid driver’s license and B2 level English.
