Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise internal stakeholders on legal requirements applicable to financing services and related customer processes.
  • •Provide legal support for non-standard, complex, or large financing transactions, including structuring, documentation, and support in negotiations.
  • •Advise internal stakeholders on customer requests and respond to complaints related to financing services.
  • •Monitor legal and regulatory developments related to lending, leasing, trade finance, and collateral arrangements, assess impact, and support timely implementation.
  • •Cooperate with Business, Credit, Compliance, Legal, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure practical, consistent legal advice; represent SEB with external stakeholders such as regulatory authorities and the Lithuanian Banking Association.

Key Requirements
