Job Summary

Drive KPIs for the responsible production area and shared KPIs to deliver products/projects on time with the highest quality standard and the lowest possible cost. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production activities toward targets, maintain best working practices, and control execution through procedures and WI. Lead issue analysis with corrective and preventive actions, support quality improvement, validate production processes (Routing/STD time), and ensure EHS and compliance requirements are met.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Drive KPIs for the responsible production area and shared KPIs to ensure products/projects are delivered on time with the highest quality and lowest possible cost.
•Monitor production activities toward daily/weekly/monthly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensuring best working practices.
•Maintain day-to-day production operations by following procedures and WI registered in the Pandora system.
•Lead issue analysis and create short-term corrective actions and long-term preventive actions to avoid repeat concerns.
•Participate in daily production meetings, support quality improvement activities (fast response/defect resolution), and follow up to ensure execution is achieved for both day and night shifts.

Key Requirements

•Drive KPIs for the responsible production area and support shared KPIs to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets.
•Monitor production activities against daily/weekly/monthly targets while minimizing costs and ensuring best working practices.
•Control day-to-day production execution within the assigned work area using procedures and WI registered in Pandora system.
•Lead analysis of production concerns and create short-term flexible actions plus long-term actions to prevent repeat issues.
•Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, work rules, and enforce environment, health and safety requirements in manufacturing.
