Job Summary

Lead and coordinate business analysts as a key connector between business needs and technical solutions. Work with in-house systems analysts and internal software providers to set up and improve policy management systems, document requirements, and support operational system changes including user acceptance testing. Partner across Finance and other operational functions, translate needs into change requests, and drive process improvements and strategic project delivery while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate business analysts, often serving as a supervisor or project lead.
•Collaborate with in-house systems analysts and internal software providers to set up, manage, and improve policy management systems.
•Document business requirements, translate them into change requests, and support effective system administration.
•Support user acceptance testing for operational system changes and assist in creation and management of essential business systems.
•Provide operational support across the wider Operations team, collaborating cross-functionally and driving process improvements and strategic project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Strong Business Analyst experience, including large change programs in a Business Change environment and delivering smaller changes.
•Direct experience of facets of the Software Delivery Cycle, including Testing, Release Management, and Development.
•Proficiency with business analysis analytical tools and requirements elicitation techniques, including strong process mapping with BPMN 2.0.
•Experience applying Waterfall and Agile methodologies and producing associated BA artefacts.
•Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC or BCS) plus insurance industry knowledge of Policy and Claims lifecycle administration.
