Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute leasing plans aligned with company goals and identify new store locations across high-traffic malls, street fronts, and shopping destinations in GCC/MENA.
  • •Generate leads and conduct property tours for prospective tenants and negotiate lease agreements in line with policies and market standards.
  • •Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain a strong lease tracker with critical dates (expiries, renewals, rent reviews) and coordinate with finance for timely rental payments; prepare leasing updates and performance metrics for senior management.
  • •Build and maintain long-term relationships with key mall developers, landlords, and property managers; represent GMG in leasing meetings, tours, and project discussions.
