Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial analysis on incentives and overall cost of volume associated with the deal pipeline, including deal economics, assumptions, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • •Partner with Deal Finance, Controllership, Global FP&A, Client Incentive Operations, Legal, and Sales to assess financial and operational impacts of deal renewals and new deals.
  • •Own governance and reporting processes for deal pipeline tracking and consolidation of total cost of volume to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely leadership insights.
  • •Validate and challenge cross-functional inputs to ensure realistic projections and aligned assumptions.
  • •Prepare executive-ready materials summarizing deal economics, risks, opportunities, and financial implications; analyze monthly/quarterly actuals vs forecast and identify variances and trends.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
