Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with campus staff and the Central NextGen team to plan and execute NextGen events and Sunday programming.
  • •Prepare NextGen classrooms weekly for safe, engaging experiences and ensure materials and supplies are ready for volunteers.
  • •Recruit, screen (as applicable), train, and develop volunteers and leaders, including mandated training and maintaining healthy boundaries.
  • •Schedule Students team leaders and volunteers for Sundays and be able to step into different areas of Student Ministry as needed.
  • •Manage multiple projects, prioritize and delegate tasks, and provide leadership to volunteers while creating a hospitable environment for families and parents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or 2 years’ experience in a youth ministry.
  • •Experience overseeing and developing both staff and lay leaders in ministry.
  • •Experience working in a church with multiple locations.
  • •Ability to recruit, develop, identify, and multiply high-capacity volunteers.
  • •Proficiency with Google Workspace, Planning Center, Asana, and other collaboration tools; strong written and spoken communication skills.
