Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of private credit transactions from initial documentation through closing and funding
  • •Maintain and update deal trackers to keep timelines current and accurately reflected in internal systems
  • •Prepare, update, and distribute funds flow memoranda
  • •Coordinate with Legal and external stakeholders to manage KYC requirements and provide entity onboarding inputs
  • •Organize and maintain deal documentation and collaborate with senior team members and Technology to improve systems and processes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of experience in general investment operations, ideally in a middle office or other transaction-focused role
  • •Prior experience in private credit preferred
  • •Solid understanding of securitization structures and capital markets
  • •Familiarity with RMBS, CMBS, high-grade ABF, and other structured products
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication
