Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and advise leaders on people management practices, including performance management, feedback, and employee development.
  • •Partner on workforce planning, role design, and scaling strategies aligned to business needs.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies for competitive, specialized talent markets.
  • •Ensure compliance with Quebec and Canadian regulatory requirements, including employee relations, leaves, terminations, and workplace requirements.
  • •Lead or support occupational health and safety programs, administer employee leaves, maintain privacy-compliant records, and manage employee relations matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive professional HR experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Quebec employment law and Canadian HR practices.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Bilingual in French and English, able to communicate fluently in both written and verbal forms.
