Based in Montreal, you’ll partner with leaders and specialized teams to shape employee experience and scale HR practices across employee relations, labor relations, health and safety, talent planning, and workforce growth. Serve as the main HR partner for your client group, ensuring compliance with Canadian and Quebec requirements and supporting cross-border initiatives.
