Own key billing processes for global deals by onboarding clients into the billing system, processing purchase orders and invoices, and uploading portal invoices for both professional services and SaaS. Manage the team inbox, support daily communications, and collaborate closely with Collection, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and smooth end-to-end billing operations. Use independent judgment to resolve unique billing scenarios.
