Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high proficiency in winding operations to support efficient production flow for capacitor pack manufacturing.
  • •Operate winding machines to produce capacitor packs, including loading film/foil with correct alignment and orientation and moving finished packs to carts.
  • •Accurately document production activity, including marking tickets and scanning completed tickets into the LXE system for staging.
  • •Complete production/operational documentation such as production reports, scrap and downtime reporting, quality logs, SPC data, 5S/TPM logs, and housekeeping records.
  • •Inspect products and follow quality procedures by verifying process cards, confirming capacitance/turn checks, ensuring error-proofing device operation, and escalating unresolved issues.

  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered.
