Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement electro-mechanical assembly and test processes with rapid iteration.
  • •Collaborate with the mechanical design team and end users on design for manufacturability and test optimization.
  • •Develop and implement automated optical inspection (AOI) for critical rack components.
  • •Lead development builds and ensure incremental milestones for the production ramp are met.
  • •Identify tooling/hardware and automation opportunities, implement manufacturing solutions on the production line, and use shop floor feedback and defect data to improve processes.
