Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video) to encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory cycles, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor while meeting individual and team KPIs.
