Key Responsibilities

•Identify and evaluate startup acquisition opportunities aligned to Datadog’s strategic priorities through senior leader and VC engagement.
•Lead pre-transaction technical due diligence from a product and architecture perspective across the acquisition pipeline.
•Stand up proof-of-concept and sandbox environments (including test-loads as needed) to stress-test candidate products and assess quality and depth.
•Assess technical architecture, surface risks and open questions early, and produce a post-acquisition integration path.
•Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate diligence findings into strategic leadership recommendations and support integration execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,000 - 240,000 annually
