Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute monthly/quarterly closing and forecasting cycles, driving forecast accuracy and translating actuals into financial insights.
  • •Develop and analyze the annual profit plan and the 5-year strategic plan, including guidelines, consolidation, and review of key metrics.
  • •Prepare month-end financial reporting deliverables and management financial presentations for operational reviews and leadership meetings.
  • •Ensure compliance with local and US GAAP regulations, support Eaton financial policy/control deployment, and participate in SIOP.
  • •Manage planning models and inputs (HR, SCM, OPS, Commercial), consolidate strategic targets, track execution, and lead teams of financial analysts through coaching and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; Master’s degree desired.
  • •Extensive financial management experience (up to 10 years).
  • •Comfortable with US GAAP reporting guidelines and the SOX framework.
  • •Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
  • •Comfortable with SAP, Oracle (Cloud), and other finance planning/data warehouse tools.
