Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
•Own the long-term technical relationship across the lifecycle, aligning customer goals with the product roadmap.
•Manage a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and ongoing account growth, ensuring platform adoption and identifying cross-sell opportunities; lead QBRs for executives.
•Act as an AI-Augmented engineer to automate routine tasks (RFPs, security questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, telemetry) and focus on strategic customer advisory.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer).
•Broad technical expertise across web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
•Commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments and SaaS metrics.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging technical details with C-suite business strategy.
•Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for integration scripts, API connectors, and edge computing functions.
