Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the review and acceptance experience end to end, from rollout and transcript inspection through task-quality signaling and reward-hacking analysis.
  • •Build workflows for vendors and the research team to create tasks, iterate on submissions, and move accepted tasks into training.
  • •Create review tools to inspect and compare rollouts, transcripts, grader outputs, and other signals of task quality.
  • •Develop environment-health, failure-search, versioning, and catalog experiences to help teams understand and extend training data.
  • •Build authoring interfaces and a shared component kit with inline quality checks for creating and improving tasks quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •Shipped full-stack products and owned systems across UI through storage/services using TypeScript and React, plus Node, Python, or Go.
  • •Built dense, data-facing tools such as transcript viewers, diffing systems, review queues, observability tools, or operational dashboards.
  • •Built or maintained a design system or component library and can set durable product/engineering conventions for a fast-moving team.
  • •Designed review/QA/moderation/fraud/acceptance workflows and can keep incentive-driven systems honest.
  • •Cares about data quality and can inspect raw data; experience with evaluations, graders, reinforcement learning, or data-quality systems is helpful.
