Job Summary

Work within a senior, multidisciplinary petrotechnical team to apply advanced reservoir engineering methods for evaluating and developing large, challenging oil and gas field projects. Support prospect evaluation using offset well performance analysis, reservoir rock and fluid property determination, static and dynamic reservoir modeling, well test analysis, and forecasts. Contribute to development/re-development planning, production enhancement recommendations, and preliminary economic analysis for IAM investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Under broad direction, support the Senior Reservoir Advisor and Integrated Asset Management with reservoir engineering activities across product service lines.
•Apply advanced reservoir engineering techniques to evaluate and develop oil and gas field development projects for IAM potential investment.
•Perform prospect evaluation including offset well performance/decline curve analysis and reservoir rock and fluid property determination.
•Build static reservoir models and run dynamic reservoir simulation, including well test analysis.
•Prepare forecasts, development/re-development planning, production enhancement recommendations, EUR/recovery efficiency analysis, and preliminary economic analysis.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in reservoir engineering.
•Experience in an oil & gas operator.
•Develop and apply advanced reservoir engineering techniques for oil and gas field development projects.
•Support prospect evaluation activities including reservoir modeling, simulation, and analysis.
