Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair complex heavy equipment and aerial lifts at a rental facility in Milwaukee, using technology to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose root causes quickly. Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel repairs with independent judgment, keep documentation up to date, and assist with parts/equipment pickup and delivery. Support training for lower-level technicians and receive year-round OEM training, with an on-call schedule subject to compensation.
