  • •Analyze trends to drive unit and depot fill rates and Gross Issue Effectiveness (GIE), removing operational barriers and implementing corrective actions.
  • •Monitor spares forecasts and usage at operational sites and Multi-Use Warehouses, coordinating spares redistribution to satisfy demand.
  • •Plan and execute initial Base Support Package (BSP) activities for new site activations and manage returns of unserviceable assets to HFFR.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree.
  • •8 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Logistics Management, or an advanced degree with 5 years in the same areas.
  • •5+ years of aerospace/defense supply support experience, or logistics/warehousing/supply chain experience.
  • •Customer service experience and strong written and communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions; PowerPoint and Excel proficiency is preferred.
