Business Systems Analyst (SA)

Analyze, design, integrate, and continuously improve enterprise learning systems for the Learning Solutions & Services Department. Serve as the technical bridge between business requirements and technology, ensuring secure, scalable integrations across learning platforms, applications, and digital learning initiatives. Support SAP SuccessFactors Learning integrations, assess and enhance learning management systems (including Blackboard, Canvas, and Moodle), implement mobile learning solutions, and lead AI enablement within learning systems.
