Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for enterprise learning systems.
  • •Design, assess, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning, enterprise applications, and internal/external systems.
  • •Lead technical analysis for new learning technologies to ensure compatibility with the enterprise learning architecture.
  • •Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of mobile learning solutions with required backend integrations and interfaces.
  • •Assess and enhance learning management systems and lead AI enablement within learning systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • •8 years of experience in enterprise business systems, learning technologies, or Human Capital Management solutions.
  • •Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or comparable enterprise Learning Management Systems.
  • •Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, or integration platforms.
  • •Preferred experience with academic Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard, Canvas, or Moodle.
