Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Resolver engineering team and plan/deliver new capabilities with Product Management and Release Management.
  • •Mentor and support software developers from junior through Staff level, including performance and career development.
  • •Participate in feature design and translate product requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • •Guide architectural decisions with senior engineers and contribute to codebase as appropriate.
  • •Help manage technical debt and investigate/triage customer-reported issues in coordination with Customer Care and other teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 160,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software development experience, ideally systems/networking/distributed or other performance-sensitive software.
  • •Experience managing software developers and providing substantial technical and people leadership.
  • •Strong software engineering background to participate credibly in architecture, design, code review, and technical problem-solving.
  • •Expertise with Rust (strongly preferred) and experience with Java or Go.
  • •Expertise with Docker and containerized applications, plus designing/building/integrating REST APIs and backend services.
