•Manage key accounts within an assigned base or geographic area to maximise revenue and market share.
•Prospect and convert new accounts to grow the hotel’s client base.
•Cover all segments of assigned markets, including European markets as needed.
•Conduct site inspections to showcase facilities and services.
•Adhere to Corporate SOPs and maintain up-to-date client and contract records.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in key account management or luxury/hospitality sales (or equivalent senior experience) with a proven track record of revenue maximization
•Experience prospecting and acquiring new accounts and expanding market share
•Strong understanding of hotel products and services, with ability to conduct site inspections and present compelling proposals
•Ability to negotiate and contract with clients, including SMART contracting and annual rate negotiations
•Familiarity with sales systems and data management (e.g., SFA) and hotel yield concepts
